Hi All!
Just wanted to share my experience this past weekend with you.
I had such a good time ! It was tiring but all worth it. Funny thing is I was not there to make a profit, I was there to get the word out for Bastos Girls Greetings and also to assist our pinay indie artists with their business' as well. A few of you mailed your promos to me and that reached at least over 600 people. Every opportunity counts so I hope the next event that will take place, YOU too will consider sending some paraphenilia.
So, this weekend was simply "blissful". I met so many people and networked with alot of key organizations. Most of us have full time careers and families to take care of etc, yet somehow we all put that aside for this event to show off and share our talents and passions. What I've learned so far in the beginning stages of BGG, is to just Believe ! I am not the most talented artist out there, nor do i have all the resources to be full blown BUT what I've learned is if you have a passion and just commit yourself and open the doors to ANY opportunity, you will be led to the right path of success. I personally do not know how far Bastos Girls will go but after FACT and CFAFF events, I feel accomplished and wealthy from within. I wish I would've taken more pictures but just go to our blog:

so my fellow bebots there is a big promo coming next year in san fran. I hope you consider being a part of it so we can move forward with our dreams - no matter how small or big.
so looks like we will be using this catchphrase for our group:
bebotsquad, the place where "indie arte" belongswhat do you think? ttyl !
